Firmwareupdates sind innerhalb eines Jahres kostenlos. nur so kenne ich es und keine ahnung ob es mal anders war.

weder ich noch meine freundin haben mit der 5.24 ein problem bei dem sms-ton

und drittens sind die DTMF-Töne logischerweise bei allen Telefonen und Handys gleich - die Frequenzen der zugehörigen Tasten sind schliesslich standardisiert.

das ist kein bug sondern die schon sehr oft beschriebene eigenschaft, dass keine playlists mehr nötig sind, weil jetzt alle ordner nach musikdateien durchsucht werden. leider aber ALLE ordner. ändern kannst du es, indem du weiterhin playlisten verwendest.

eben! ein display was zu der gruppe der gelbstichigen gehört, ist eben bei jeder software gelblich, weil das eine hardwaresache ist.

XML ist eine "Beschreibungssprache" für Beschreibungssprachen. XML ist beispielsweise die Definitionsbasis von HTML 4.01. Daneben sind mit XML aber noch viele andere sachen möglich, womit man es natürlich nicht auf Homepages beschränken. bin aber nicht bewandert genug zu wissen, was ein Handy mit XML zu tun hat.
