Ok, so this magazine is poor quality?
But surely if there is a picture of the Z1020 on the front cover, there is some info about the handy inside?

The Z1020 is featured in this months German mobile magazine, "connect".
Does anybody have the magazine?
I've had a look around the FCC site and it seems Sharp only submitted 6 pages of the manual last Wednesday, which is strange.

Its also strange that they took the flash off what is basically a GX30 with a nicer casing.
Lots of pictures here.

To those of you that have tested the handy..
1. Can you bluejack other handsets with the GX30?
2. Can you use MP3's as ringtones?
3. Is the MP3 player stereo?
Danke..

That is not the X700. That is the P505is, made by Panasonic for DoCoMo.

Vodafone Group
Vodafone launches Europe's first mega-pixel camera phone
Vodafone today announces the latest addition to its range of Vodafone live! exclusive handsets and the first mega-pixel camera phone for GSM networks - the Sharp GX30. The new phone follows the Sharp GX10, GX10i and the GX20, some of the best-selling handsets in the Vodafone live! range.
The state-of-the-art Sharp GX30 comes with a built-in CCD camera capable of taking one million-pixel high-quality images, the first of its kind in Europe. For the first time on GSM networks, Vodafone customers will be able to take photographs suitable for print out and eliminate the need to carry a separate digital camera. Additional new features include a unique 262,144 colour large-sized LCD screen (four times the quality of the GX20), a removable SD memory card for greater storage and easy transfer, as well as an MP3 player, enabling customers to play their favourite music tracks on their handset.

Das GX30 ist laut Handbuch ein Triband-Gerät.

According to Phonescoop, the GX30 was tested on the 850Mhz band by the FCC, which makes it a quad-band phone.
There are many errors in the manual that was submitted to the FCC. I think they just cut/paste stuff from the GX20 manual to submit the document on time.
