Hi to all the members.
I have just upgraded my sgh s100 to 1,6 ver with me everything works fine i can even download polyphonic ringtones via wap via gprs and they are saved what was previously impossible for me.The only problem which is still unsolved is java.Every time i try to download any java application the same message appears"jad file damaged" and then wheni try to install it phone resets gprs connection(csd too) and starts connecting again but nothin hapens.I tried many wap sites without any result.I want to mention that my gsm provider supports 15 kb limit on the downloads file via wap which is quite good.Wap over gprs and csd works perfect.
Is there any solution for this.Any public gateway i can use(for gprs connection).
P.s Downloading Java is not possible via gprs nor csd
Please do not give me a link to this forum because i already translated many of them i didn't find anything that helps me.

Anyone can help me i am so desperate that if i do not figure out what's going on with this shitty java problem i am gonna give it back and buy other phone not samsung for sure.
There must be any solution i am asking you for help because it's the only forum there are so many s100 users.
Sorry for english but i do not want to use translator sometimes it doesnt translate fine.please answer my questions

I am planning to purchase nokia 7650 and i'd like to know few details:
1.How fast is java ,do games run fast,smoothly,are many java applications running correctly f.g from midlet.org?
2.is there a timer during a call?
3.Are polyphonic ringtones loud enough to hear them in a noisy place?
Could you post your opinions(what are disadvantages)

UNfortunately i cannot still download any java progs,i tried all settings provided by my gsm provider without any resoults.I can browse wap via gprs and csd without any problems but when i try to download any java prog the earth appears phone is trying to connect but after a while it says "exception caught in main"there isd no proccess of downloading.I dont't know what to do i bought a phone mainly because it's got java support but if i cannot use it....Have you heard of a soft which enables you to download java apps via cable?I tried to find in internet but without any resoult.What would you suggest?
2.I tried to download some ringtones via wap,it was succefully downloaded and saved but i cannot find it i searched everythere in all catalogs and nothing Why?

I know there is a thread about java on the forum but i want you to get a brief for me.

First of all i want to apologise for writing in english but i cannot speak german at all.
I have just got my sgh-s100 from one of the german retailers(without a simlock).It's great handset but after playing eith it for a whole day i have noticed few disadvantages(bugs),please answer my questions:
1.When i try to download ringtones via wap it playies it than saves it but when i disconnect wap I cannot find saved ringtones(looked for them in ringtones folder and in FUN/ringtones downloaded)what's wrong,where are they placed?
2.I tried to download midlets from midletcentral but without any resoults it opens a page a choose a desired midlet and there are jar and jad files to download i download one of them and there is a very long text than i download another one and after a while it says PK 1of 1(or something like that).Certainly no midlets downloaded avialable in a midlets folder.
3.I would like to remove these 3 standard midlets provided by samsung but when i try to delete them it says it cannot be removed!!
My settings deem to be correct because i can access wap pages and i even downloaded animated gif so what i do wrong?
