confirm quad band?

KAB can you confirm the watch is indeed quadband?

does manual or box indicate 850 band?

many seller saying quad band but specs which they cut and paste in there listings saying tri band?

I question if the w688 have voice recognition or voice command as indicated in many of the ebay postings.

Also in sales video shows voice feature when rcvng txt msg... has anyone been able to locate these features/settings?
