Ok for whois.domaintools.com, nice. I used http://whois.ws/whois-net/pdadb.net/ which has the new IP address.

Many servers bloc access with ip address because they can host several sites. Maybe on the same server, at the same ip adress there are pdadb.net, something.com, azerty.net ...
So the only way to view the site you want is to type domain name because the ip address can't make the difference.

Just remember to remove this fix when the site is back, because if the IP address or domain name is modified it will not work anymore.

    Hi,

Sorry I don't speak German at all.

I found this forum searching for the old IP address of pdadb.net. Thanks Loc ! How did you get this old IP address ?

pdadb.net domain name expired and it seems that a f.... company bought the domain name before pdadb.net renew it.

So pdadb.net still exist, but doesn't have its domain name.

In order to get back access to pdadb.net you can do a quick fix (temporary) :

    Add this new line :
    "87.229.26.189 pdadb.net"
at the end of the "hosts" file.

    File location
    If you're using linux : /etc/hosts
    If you're using windows : /WINDOWS/system32/drivers/etc/hosts

Important : this may not work immediately. It needs that the DNS cache of your computer forget the existing IP adress. The easiest way to do this is rebooting the computer.
This will not work if you're using a proxy.

    Then browse http://pdadb.net
