    We would like to inform you that the Symbian Signed web portal is now FULLY FUNCTIONAL
    The site is now back to normal operation. New registrations are now possible using the usual method. Please note that new account registration requires activation through a valid email address. You will be sent an activation email to the address you provided during registration. Developer Certificate creation is now also possible through the web site. Please DO NOT send any requests to the Symbian Signed email address requesting either Developer Certificates or New Accounts.
