Programming requirements:
P800 programming will be best performed by using a DSS-20 USB desk stand (KRY 105 189) or a RS232 serial interface. Separate DSS-20 is orderable on the Web Shop. Driver for DSS-20 is available on the Consumer Web site and on PC-SW CD (LZY 213 1265/1 R3A) and later.
Programming with the USB interface (LTN 214 357) may not be 100% successful, the fault message 'Error in sequence disconnect phone and try again' may occur during the BT (CXC12529) programming. Keep trying and you will succeed. It is VERY important to use a fully charged battery.
The USB Phone Connection Link for e.g. synchronization must be disabled, if the DSS-20 is used for both synchronization and programming. Use EMMA System Analyzer to check that the DSS-20 is available.
PC-SW requirements:
It is recommended to use the latest PC - SW version 1.5.1 together with this software release. The 1.5.1 version is e.g. improved for Lotus Notes users. The PC-SW will be available on the consumer website during week 320.
