Das kann ich mir nicht vorstellen. Sonst würde es doch nicht solange dauern bis Siemens die Sofware angepaßt hat. Außerdem sind die Hardwarebedingungen ja ganz andere.

That's wrong.
The 12x176 extra pixels can not be accessed by either Java, Series 60 or Symbian applications.

So the answer is: Yes, all Symbian applications for the 7650 will work fine on the SX1

Ähm... soweit ich das verstanden habe, ging es nicht um die Symbian-Applikationen, sondern darum, ob man ein eventuelles Firmware-/Betriebssystem-Update (also "Symbian selbst") von Siemens auch auf ein Nokia-Handy spielen könnte. Und das dürfte eben an der unterschiedlichen Hardware (wo die 12 Zeilen mehr im Display halt ein recht offensichtlicher Unterschied sind) scheitern.

and that was NOT the point

We have discussed about a irmware-Update with siemens-Software on a Nokia Mobile Phone!

And that couldn't work 'cause the +12 pixels

We haven't talk about Applications, we've talked about the OS himself

Hi ich weiß, das es keine super neuen Nachrichten sind. Aber im T-Mobile "Premium" Magazin wird es schon beworben und soll voraussichtlich ab August verfügbar sein. Und bis jetzt haben die immer Ihre Angaben eingehalten.
