Taiwan designs the smallest phone
During the CeBIT exhibition in March 2002, Panasonic did not show GD 55. In fact, GD 55 is designed and made by Quanta Computer from Taiwan. Quanta is also responsible for designing and making Siemens CL 50 / 8008. Both of them are one of the smallest phone in the world.
If we comparing the size with Sony Ericsson T600 (which has been claimed one of the smallest phone), The height of GD 55 is only 3/4 of T600 (excluding the antenna). The volume is only 50cc, So you can imagine how small it is. Will the small phone be not easy to operate? From the first touch, ThreeGMobile do not have this feeling. The spaces among the keys are wide enough, the holding feeling is good........................................
